The plot of Lost begins with a plane ride and ends in an adventure of a lifetime for the passengers. The characters on the show are all shrouded in mystery and at every turn there is danger lurking. The show has a good cast and interesting characters which are well acted. The show managed to get itself a large base of fans because it manages to make the viewers wonder about the mysteries and the sudden turns in the plot with its interesting story. Mysterious events occur through the story, there are dangerous natives on the island, weird places and intense drama.
Lost seasons 1-5 take the viewer on a story line where a plane crashes on a deserted island and then slowly manages to take the story from there to great depth as it explores every character through the episodes. Every passenger on the flight is deep and mysterious, everyone guarding their secrets closely. They all try to understand where the others came from, their motives and their real traits. The actors make the series feel real which manages to make the show compelling to watch. There are many arguments and even some action among the inhabitants of the island. Survival is the biggest concern on the island and everything else takes second place.
The plot itself is quite interesting. There is a basic story line which is then interwoven with various sub-plots, with a story for every single characters. It is a complicated story line with multitude stories and plots but they all manage to blend in well together and create a overall story line which is mysterious and exciting, managing to keep the viewers glued in to their seats and wondering what happens next.
